The wrong kind of activism
Mar. 3rd, 2019 11:12 pmSometimes I get comments in the feedback box telling me that I am focusing on the wrong thing, and that instead I should be directing my activist efforts to more important causes.
I agree that those things are incredibly important, but I think the best way I can help is by doing what I’m passionate about. More nonbinary inclusion and resources for cis and binary people to understand us will send out ripples. Helping to create a world that welcomes and celebrates all of us can only support other vital causes, and to make sure I can keep it up I have to do so in the ways that I love.
